I recently bought a property through there agency and the whole process was managed with perfection. Adele kept me informed throughout the process, with sometimes daily or weekly updates. It was refreshing to see an estate agent deal with both sides (buyer and seller) with the same commitment which is a first for me when usually you feel a noticeable bias towards the seller they act for.
My purchase was a complicated one and without Adele the process could have fell down. She kept the adhesion between all parties assisting with documentation to keep momentum as the seller’s solicitors were rather sluggish to say the least.
